Supply chain

One partner from the quarry to your silo.

Anchorvale manages every link in the import chain: sourcing, freight, inspection, customs and final delivery. You get a predictable landed cost and one point of contact.

The process

Six stages, fully managed.

  1. Stage 1

    Requirement & specification review

We confirm cement type, chemistry limits, color, volume, packaging, discharge port, delivery window and any state DOT or project approvals before we look for supply.

  2. Stage 2

    Mill selection & sampling

We shortlist producers with a track record on your specification and evaluate their logistics. Pre-shipment samples are tested against your requirements.

  3. Stage 3

    Commercial terms & trade finance

We offer CFR, CIF, FOB-plus-freight or delivered pricing, supported by documentary letters of credit, standby credits or open account for established customers.

  4. Stage 4

    Chartering & loading supervision

We fix suitable Handysize, Supramax or self-discharging tonnage. Independent surveyors inspect holds, take loading samples and issue draft-survey weights.

  5. Stage 5

    Customs & regulatory compliance

We work with licensed US customs brokers on entry filings, duty classification, country-of-origin documentation and any trade-remedy requirements.

  6. Stage 6

    Discharge, storage & last mile

Cargo is discharged into terminal silos, domes or warehouses, then delivered by pneumatic truck, rail hopper or river barge to your plant or job site.

Origins & lanes

Multi-origin sourcing for resilient supply.

Freight rates, plant outages and trade measures move quickly. By keeping qualified producers in several regions, we can switch origins without disrupting your schedule.
